Re-Flocking a head might look easy, but trust me I have seen lots of heads that have been re-flocked and not all have been good. It doesn’t matter how many YouTube videos you watch or how much you spend on a flocking machine, if you haven’t got the right blend, length of flock or correct method of preparation and application, then your heads are never going to look right.

We mix all our own flock in house to get as close a match to the original as we can and make sure that the heads that we are going to flock are prepared properly.

We prepare the heads by removing all the old flock and giving them a thorough clean, then we paint the area to be flocked with an adhesive and use an electrostatic machine to apply the flock.
