In 2006 the Meningitis Trust launched a series of highly collectable enamelled pin badges modelled on the Vintage Action Man figures. The launch coincided with the 40th anniversary and featured some of the classic Action Man figures.
These were the Combat Soldier, Frogman, Parachute Regiment, Combat Medic, Tank Commander, Grenadier Guard, Field Commander, SAS, Russian Infantryman and the Paratrooper. There may have been more and we will update the post if we come across any.
The backing cards that we have seen have a picture of either the Combat Medic or Parachute Regiment soldier on them, irrespective of the pin on the card. Again there may have been more and we will update the post if we find any.
