This is a replacement pull cord kit for the original (1968) Action Man Talking Commander voice boxes (this is the one where the cord pulls out of the chest).
Included:
Cord with phrase locating marks.
Fitted end stop (can be cut off if you wish to use the original).
Includes a retaining peg for holding the cord wheel in position while you thread the cord
The cord is over 80cm long giving you plenty of spare to attach your dog tag
The end of the cord has been stiffened to make it easier to thread through the holes
