The Action Man Eagle Eyes Talking Space Ranger Commander was released in 1982 to compliment the Space Ranger Captain, Space Ranger Commando, Patroller, and of course his arch enemy Captain Zargon the Space Pirate.
This talking commander comes equipped with original black laser gun, black plastic dog tag and can speak all six phrases clearly

“Space station now visible”
“Prepare to repel invaders”
These figures were only produced for a couple of years and are becoming harder to find in decent working order.
